A leap forward in early childhood programming

We provide the outline and let the educator's experience do the colouring in.

Educator input is essential and irreplaceable. We work with your knowledge along with the ACECQA's requirements and AI to create truly remarkable documentation. By speeding up the programming process, you will save hours of paperwork every week, allowing you to instead:

  • Preparing materials

  • Developing the physical environment

  • Communicate with families and the community

  • Be with the children in your care

Let us take some of the weight off your shoulders. Our goal is to lessen industrial stress while enhancing outcomes for children.

How it works

kazLEAP will ask you a short series of questions for each piece of documentation. Your responses are either short-answer or tick boxes. You'll have the opportunity to add learning goals, additional needs, and your own philosophy. Advanced AI will then generate a response using:

  • The Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

  • The National Quality Framework (NQF)

  • Considerations from the Self-Assessment document

  • UN Rights of the Child

  • Current understanding in developmental physchology

That's it! Simple and fast input but quality output every time.

These ideas are integrated with artificial intelligence to ensure the written content is clear, accurate, and generated efficiently, streamlining your processes and facilitating elevated proficiency.

Frequently Asked Questions

kazLEAP has been meticulously designed to ensure that the documents it produces closely mimic the writing style typically found in work done by childcare workers.

Additionally, we offer a unique feature that allows users to customise the system to replicate their personal writing style. This means you can generate documents for news and reports that not only sound professional but also feel personal and authentic, as if you wrote them yourself!
The Department of Education has been open to the use of Artificial Intelligence with the stipulation that it takes into account the uniqueness of each service, including its “circumstances, considerations, practices, strengths, and areas for improvement” (ACA NSW, 2024), in order to align with the NQF.

kazLEAP is focused on facilitating the production of top-tier documentation that aligns with the values of ACECQA. Furthermore, kazLEAP will aid you in consistently keeping on top of the documentation and critical reflection process, taking some of the stress out of the five-day accreditation-notice period.
To ensure all of your childrens' needs are met, it is very important that you thoroughly read through everything created by our system, and modify it yourself where needed.
